Weight
Weigh in privately. Trend without judgment.
Daily weight, trend line, lbs or kg. Visible only to you.
Weight tracking carries shame, history, and identity. It's also category-leader data for advertising. Diet apps and weight-loss platforms compete fiercely to acquire it.
LogZero's weight tracker takes a different posture: log your weight when you want, see the trend over 30 days with every data point visible (not just a smoothed line), and never wonder where else this number went.
It supports pounds and kilograms with clean conversion (display always reflects your preference; storage never loses precision). Add notes per entry if context matters, or let weigh-ins from your smart scale come in from Apple Health.

Why this is private
Weight data is among the most aggressively monetized health categories. LogZero's weight log is stored locally and unreadable to anything except the app on your phone.

Common questions
Common questions about weight
Does LogZero work with Apple Health?
It reads, it never writes. On Pro, LogZero can import weigh-ins from Apple Health (from a smart scale, for example). Nothing in LogZero is ever written back to Apple Health. Your weight log lives in LogZero's local database; you control whether anything else sees it.
Can I export my weight data?
Yes. Export a JSON backup from Settings → Data & Backup on any tier. Pro adds encrypted backups. Your weight history is portable; you can move it to another app, a script, or just keep it as a backup.
Does LogZero show weight trends?
Yes. 30-day chart with every data point visible (not just a smoothed line), so anomalies stand out. Set a target if you want; track without judgment if you don't.
