Medication
Track every dose. Share nothing.
Schedule meds, hit adherence targets, get reminders that fire from your device, never from a server that logs them.
Medication adherence tracking is sensitive because medications are sensitive. The drugs you take describe your health story in ways you may not want broadcast to advertisers, insurers, employers, or anyone parsing the metadata of your reminders.
LogZero schedules medications locally. Reminders fire from iOS itself using on-device local notifications: Apple's mechanism, not ours, and certainly not a remote push server's. We don't see what you take or when.
You get per-medication adherence charts, an overall protocol-adherence percentage, and the ability to mark doses taken or missed retroactively.

Why this is private
Medication metadata is the kind of data that gets used to deny insurance, raise rates, or build advertising profiles. LogZero's medication log is read by exactly one piece of software: LogZero on your phone.

Common questions
Common questions about medication
Does LogZero share my medication data?
No. Your medication list, schedule, and adherence history are stored only on your iPhone. The data never reaches a server, an analytics service, an insurance broker, or anywhere else. The App Store privacy label confirms: Data Not Collected.
Can LogZero remind me to take my meds offline?
Yes. Reminders use iOS's built-in local notification system, scheduled by the app on your device. No remote push server is involved. Your reminders fire whether you're online or in airplane mode.
Can I see how meds affect my mood in LogZero?
Yes. LogZero's correlations engine computes the relationship between medication adherence and mood (and other trackers) entirely on your device. Insights surface in the dashboard without any data leaving your iPhone.
